Moustache Event
Moustache Event

I am pleased to report that the HRW fundraising event was a great success. The restaurant was filled to capacity and we raised nearly $6,000, well exceeding our target. 100% of the funds will go directly towards assisting local Human Rights Watch researchers in emergency situations. Thanks to Salaam for donating all of the food and drinks at his restaurant, Moustache.

This event will be followed by an informative lecture about ‘things to watch’ in the Obama administration on February 26th. I will write with more updates.
